UKRC is an annual event and consists of a three-day multidisciplinary scientific conference and technical exhibition which run simultaneously in one location. UKRC is aimed at all those involved in the field of radiological science and attracts between 3,000-5,000 people a year.

UKRC received a record number of submitted abstracts for 2008. A total of 591 abstracts were accepted. UKRC also hosted the largest poster exhibition in our history with a total of 245 posters on display.
